Gruuntuk-Noki Gold Claw Commander

Gruuntuk was still chuckling over the half-orc yesterday that was in the yard trying to train.  He said he was going to join the Gold Claws and had even fought Wimpy for the right.  He’s like so many barbarians that have come through the ranks before.  Most of them are dead now, they couldn’t realize soon enough that what an axe couldn’t cut, sometimes words can.  Continue reading

From Noki to Dragonslayer.

As the party awoke, the howling winds and pounding rain made them painfully aware they would not be going anywhere this day. A storm blew in suddenly from the sea, and the winds whipped about Noki, driving rain and sleet to the ground.

Noki-Ratscuffle

Ratscuffle crawled out of the Gutted Net, a tavern that catered to the cesspool of footpads and brawlers of the wharf district.  He had to move quickly so that the gold he had collected from the odd group of topsiders would be put to good use.  It would be nice to get his sloop back on the water.  And for what a commission.  Two gold a head and ten as a retainer to be on reserve if they needed him again.  All that he needed was to get Breaknose to fix his boat.

The Tinkerer’s House- Aelland Campaign Recap

I’ve been intending to update this a bit sooner, but things at work have been busy. So the players had a little combat, and they all accused me of trying to kill them. Gerbo’s Adventures: Sewer Fishing

Damn Dog.

As it turns out dogs are true monsters. Houdini disappeared for over a week and I was scared that it met it’s demise at the jaws of Bloody Mary. That dog eats everything… If you don’t believe me, check out the land mines left in the back lawn. There are bits of tables, dolls, silverware, you name it, it was probably in there. I think Joan misread the label on the dog and bought a land shark instead. Continue reading

Aelland: History

Aelland is a land of harsh climes and an even harsher history.  In a time long ago the land was ruled by an ancient kingdom of Elves and Dwarves.  Continue reading

A Tale of Two Armies: The Men of Carnarvon

Carnarvon has known a heyday since Baron Greger von Luft took rulership from his late father more than a decade earlier. With his oldest son tutoring in Altdorf amid the Emperor’s court and his youngest son training to defend the lands his family rules over, Greger has been steadily positioning himself to step up to become the next Elector Count of Averland. Tuesday, February 14, 2012.

So it’s Valentine’s Day and I asked Houdini if I should do something for Joan.  It said “Yes-Definitely”.  Continue reading
