Electrocutions Occur in South Side Slums:  A series of inexplicable electrocutions occurred in the South Side Slums.  The victims were of the Lobos Gang.  No one has come forward with any witness statements, but electrical technicians stated that it was not arcing from the power lines. Explosion Rocks the Delta:  An explosion rocked the Delta district around 11 pm. last night.  31 were reported dead, with 12 in critical condition.  The explosion launched shrapnel up to a mile away.  Security footage shows the explosion came from a Charger that was parked in the middle of the delta.  The parking lot is cordoned off as a crime scene while the FBI conduct its investigation. No Answer for Mysterious Power Surge:  Officials have found no cause for the temporary power outages yesterday.  Much of the Central District was without power, putting stoppages to some businesses.  Sources state that it was lucky that this power surge only drained one section of the grid and were proud to state that protections since the New York surge were successfully implemented. Bomb Standoff at Phantom 1st National Bank Ongoing: A bombing suspect is holding 15 people hostage in the Phantom 1st National. Although no motive has been officially released, sources close to the scene state that he is demanding the release of the Columbian Drug Lord. Continue reading

Carjackings on the Rise:  Recent reports state that a flurry of carjackings have been seen occurring around the delta district.  A suspect was nearly apprehended yesterday when he was flung from the S-10 pickup he was driving in a failed pit maneuver.  Police are offering an award for any information resulting in an arrest and conviction of this carjacker.  Three cars have recently been reported stolen in the delta district.  Video of the thefts has proven inconclusive in providing a description. Jesse Clyde Killed: Jesse Clyde was recently killed in his home late on the 18th.  While no witnesses came forth, it is suspected that the killing was in direct correlation with the recent arrest of the Colombian drug lord.

Justice Pate released a statement on the 19th in response to the killing.  It states that she will not rest until the case is resolved.  She is now the front runner for the position of police chief. Continue reading

Brutal murder in town:  Yesterday there was a brutal murder on N Elm st.  Jason Hatchbrook, the husband, called in the murder.  It’s unclear as to the motive, but a cut screen seems to be the primary point of entry.  Police are puzzled at the lack of blood at the scene despite a graphic head wound. Gang Shooting in the South (release 11/15):  There was a gun shooting in the Southside slums.  Three were killed, one in ICU and two males survived.  All six were members of the Lobos gang.  The two males have thus far not come forward with details although they did have bench warrants for prior possession and burglary charges.  In evidence is several parts to what is believed to be a late model stingray. Police Seize Van of Suspect:  The police seize the van of a suspect who has gone missing in an ongoing investigation.  The vehicle has been seen at many locations where women and children have mysteriously gone missing in the past.  A young detective by the name of Harry Clifton started reviewing some old files and discovered the van in several cold cases.
