Vinnie “The Knight” Casperelli (Brujah, Carthenian) (M)
Apparent Age: 30 years Height: 5’6″ Weight: 160 lbs Born: 1450 Embraced: 1481 Eyes: Blue

Appearance: Bald on top with a monks’ crown of brown hair. Strong Italian features and usually dresses in jeans and a wifebeater, or equally as comfortable in a suit when conducting business. Due to his height it is not uncommon to see him wear shoes that give him a few more inches as well.

History: Vinnie was an ambitious knight that joined the inquisition to battle monsters of rumor. He became a great warrior slaying vampire and werewolf alike. He was turned by a Gangrel, but for some reason chooses not to go into specific details of the turning.
Since coming to Phantom city in the 1950′s Vinnie has become an integral part of the government in Phantom City. Notoriously fair minded, and an iron fist when it comes to those who would destroy the masquerade, he has been a solid but fair leader. He has earned the nickname “The Knight” due to a suit of silver armor he keeps from his days as a knight.

Seneschal

Willow Strongwing (Mekhet, Carthenian) (F)
Apparent Age: 25 Height 5’9″ Weight: 100lbs Born: 1830 Embraced: 1856 Eyes: Golden

Appearance: Willow has silky black hair and strong Native American features. She is beautiful in a savage sort of way, and very lean. Her golden eyes often make people feel as if she is studying and weighing them.

History: Willow was a member of the Pueblo Indians when the settlers moved into Larksville. She was quick to learn the language of the Europeans and often accompanied the elders when they traded. One of these traders took a special interest in Willow, turning her when she had gone hunting and was cornered by a coyote. The coyote turned out to be a hell hound of a Mekhet named Sirus.

As Seneschal, Willow is a steadfast second in command. She doesn’t really care for the leadership position, but she knows she is the only one that can support Vinnie exactly the way he needs supported.

Sheriff

Jesus Montoya (Nosferatu, Carthenian) (M)
Apparent Age: 35 Height 6’1″ Weight: 200 Lbs Born: 1842 Embraced 1879

Appearance: Jesus has a darker complexion than many of his peers. His black hair has flecks of grey and a scar runs down the right side of his face. A bad pox infection from earlier in his life had also left many pits in his face as well. He has Mexican features and is most commonly seen riding his Harley in a leather jacket and blue jeans smoking a Cuban cigar.

History: Jesus was a cowboy throughout many of his teen years, running the cattle trails to help his impoverished father. Jesus was on the trail when his father had passed. Being a volatile youth, he rebelled, joining a group of bandits that terrorized the Rio Grande towns.
His actions caught the interest of a Lawman who gave him an option one day, to accept the embrace and become an enforcer, or to die where he stood. Jesus took the embrace well.

In modern nights Jesus is a masterful sheriff. Coming from a criminal background, he makes the ultimate hunter. He is feared in Phantom City since his justice is swift, and most often lethal.

Hound

Shakh Sadir (Gangrel/Nosferatu, Unaligned) (M)
Apparent Age: 35 Height 6′ 8″ Weight: 410 Lbs Born: ??? Embraced: ???

Appearance: Shakh is an extremely large individual with a darker complexion. He is barrel chested and has been described as an Ogre before, although rarely to his face, and to be quite honest the description fits very well. Nearly everything about Shakh screams predator, from the way he talks, dresses, even his walk resembles that of an extremely large cat stalking it’s prey.

History: No one has bothered to ask Shakh to talk about his past. Some think it may be better to let him have his secrets.

Appearance: Chelsea appears young, almost innocent with chestnut brown hair and blue eyes. She wears punkish stylings and usually drives in a cherry red 1970′s Dodge Charger. Very few see the beast within her until it’s too late.

Apparent Age: 30 Height 5’11″ Weight: 165 Lbs Born: 1850 Embraced: 1889

Appearance: James Huntington has a lean face with handsome features. He is always clean shaven and has piercing blue eyes, outlined by his neatly trimmed black hair. Usually he is found in a suit and tie in the newest styles. He drives a silver Z4 BMW.

History: James Huntington grew up in London amongst the poorer classes. He didn’t have very many luxuries when he was growing up, but then again he didn’t need them. He took over his father’s printing business when his father passed away, and found he had a nearly supernatural nack for leadership and running a business. He purchased several news papers and invested in American newspapers as well.

It was on one of his business trips that he ran into a stunning woman. What was stunning about her was her intelligence and wit, the way that she exuded power despite being a woman in the times. She took him to her chambers that evening, on the next day he didn’t come out, but on the next evening he came out with a new found power. He was amongst the Kindred.

Modern Nights: James is well known as a prominent media owner, in most cases through shell corporations and silent partnerships. He offers recommendations to Vinnie and is considered a valuable asset.

Apparent Age: 22 Height 6′ 3″ Weight: 120 Lbs Born: 1825 Embraced: 1847

Appearance: Lillian could be described as supermodel beautiful. She has flowing blonde hair and warm brown eyes, a slim figure and a moderate bust. While most men admire her, somehow they know to stop short of leering. She usually is dressed in the most modern fashions and as a stunner.

History: Lillian prefers an air of mystery about her, however some believe she may be Mistress Lilly from the cities early history.

Nosferatu

Kokopelli (Crone) (M)
Apparent Age: 75 Height 5′ 8″ Weight: 180 Lbs Born: 1505 Embraced: 1538

Appearance: Kokopelli has a large Hunchback that has deformed him to the point his once 6′ 5″ frame has been reduced to 5′ 8″. His skin is wrinkled and liver spotted and what hair he does have left is stark white and in whisps. His eyes so brown they appear black in all but the brightest of lights. He uses a cane for walking that has holes in it that double as long flute.

History: Kokopelli was once a Native American wise man born under a different name. Before he was a wise man he was a warrior of a different name yet. Now he prefers to be called Kokopelli. He was well revered in his tribe and famed for his music which was believed to heal the sick and wounded. As he grew old tumors began to overtake him, twisting his body and taking his once great frame and shrinking it.

When the Europeans arrived, Kokopelli was already considered a revered elder. One night, one of the Europeans came to his house, scaling sheer cliffs as if they were nothing. He offered Kokopelli the opportunity to do more good to the world than harm if he helped the Europeans in their communication with the other tribes.
Kokopelli accepted and was shortly embraced.

Modern days: Kokopelli took his name in reference to one of the gods his tribe followed, as the god’s description fit his withered form. He learned betrayal from the Europeans, and has since been a keeper of secrets. He was elected by the nosferatu body due in part to the fact that he has dirt on about everyone and that he is the most powerful sorcerer in Phantom City.

Mekhet

Augustus Richmark (Lancea Sanctum) (M)
Apparant Age: 40 Height: 5’11″ Weight: 200 Born: 410 Embraced: 441

Appearance: Augustus’ eyes are so dark that the difference between iris and pupil is negligable. He has a full head of greyed hair. Usually he dresses in preists vestiments or in black.

History: Augustus lived in the days of old Rome, his father was devoutly in love with the Christian faith. It was said that their family had been supporters of the religion since it became part of public light and their great ancestors had witnessed the crucifixion of Christ himself.
Rome was on the decline, and so Augustus saw an opportunity to help people by spreading a word of hope amongst the chaos.

Soon Augustus had a loyal following, and his congregation continued to grow despite the decline of a stable government. Those who had eyes and ears took notice of this young preist, and he was quickly promoted in the church.

For several years he progressed, and his belief evolved until he felt he was at his apex, the climax of all he could learn. Then his father was brutally murdered infront of him by a crowd.

Instead of turning to vengeance he preached to them, and begged them to seek forgiveness within their own hearts. He saw this as a test of his own faith, and he couldn’t fail his congregation now.

That’s when his mentor took notice. The mentor only goes by the name Lance, and Lance took him and all he was and taught him what it was to be righteous. To no longer be the tested, but to become the test. Augustus would say that it was one of the greatest moments of his life.
For the next several centuries Augustus learned all he could of the faith of Longinus, how to become the test to the testament. He entered the deep sleep a few times, but every time he came out, the hunger to learn and teach consumed him. Eventually he came to America to spread his teachings here. The country needed him.
He found himself in Phantom City spreading the word, and felt a feeling that this was his home. The sense of well being and a congregation that had exquisite promise left him content. He knew given time the faith would grow like wildfire from here.

Skye was recently the victim in a brutal car accident involving a Peterbuilt and her car at high speeds. The flames made quick work of her.
